DISPUTE RESOLUTION POLICY


Lunatik agrees to use reasonable efforts and reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies that arise regarding you and Lunatik. As part of the dispute resolution process, you also acknowledge and agree that you as the Authorized User or the Cardholder will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank, PayPal or your creditor without first obtaining an email confirmation from us to verify that you contacted Lunatik and provided us with the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were ultimately unable to provide a resolution. If a direct dispute is opened without following the above procedure, you will receive a link to this policy as a last chance to close the dispute and resolve it directly with us, failing to do so will void warranty on all ordered products effective immediately.
