REFUND POLICY

All refund requests are made pursuant to the Refund Policy set forth.

Refunds are accepted only on one of following terms:

  • If the order is lost in transit.
  • If the order is still in transit for over 90 business days.
  • If the product is not as described (requires proof).
  • If the product ordered is sold out.
  • If the product delivered is still unopened and can be sent back as received.

Please note that we first offer exchange or replacement in all possible scenarios, and return/refund is only offered if Lunatik fails to provide a replacement/part. This refund policy works in conjunction with our warranty, shipping, return and resolution policies. Customer pays return shipping.

REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Refunds are only accepted for original products purchased directly from lunatikcase.com
  • Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card / PayPal used for the original purchase.
  • Partial refund for an unavailable product in a multi-product order will be issued only upon delivery of the rest of the ordered products.
  • Products purchased with special requests are non-refundable. These include – requested partial purchase and special discount code purchase. 
  • Refunds are for product only, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Discount coupons are non-refundable and cannot be re-issued upon cancellation of an order/product.
  • Please contact customer support through this form to get a return authorization letter via email.
  • You will need to provide your original order number, so have this information readily available. You will also be asked the reason for your return or refund claim (this information will be used for our records).
  • If accepted, you will receive your return / refund authorization via e-mail, as well as return/packing instructions.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit to be issued.
  • Lunatik is not responsible for return shipping charges. Customer pays return shipping.

RESTOCKING FEES

  • We charge 16% restocking fee + original shipping amount for all accepted returns/refunds on a product or order.
  • Not applicable to any order falling under our replacement policy.
