Return Packing:

  • Use a safe packing for hassle free return/replacement. We do not accept a damaged parcel.
  • Pack the product in new, unused and unaltered condition in original packaging, with all tags, booklets, manuals, labels, shipping invoice, tools, screws and retail box intact.
  • Small accessories can also be packed in a bubble envelope for safe returns.
  • Return address will be mentioned on return authorization letter sent to you via email, after accepting the replacement request.
  • Use a reliable postal service or courier for shipping. We recommend using any postal service of your choice.
  • Leave an easily reachable note on the side-pod of the parcel: “This product has zero commercial value and I am returning the product to the seller.”
  • Declare the value of item as ‘zero (0)‘ while shipping and also mention on package that it is a return parcel with no commercial value.
  • As soon as we receive the product back in original condition with above mentioned instructions, we’ll dispatch your replacement OR refund as mutually agreed.

If any physical damage or scratch is found (unless specified in communication email) on the original returned product / retail box / packaging, the replacement request will be immediately cancelled and no future communication will be entertained. Please follow all the above instructions for a hassle free return / replacement / refund process.
